Now wouldn't it be interesting if the OPR team relinquished the rights to the rail infrastructure and focused solely on the Port Project in order to reduce their exposure to potential cost blow-outs, allowing Chinese involvement from that aspect meaning the Japanese and Chinese don't necessarily need to work together on the same project. As we have read Murchison will struggle to hold up their end of the deal and Mitsubishi are very quiet....
