In first world countries, the fired leader of an intelligence agency doesn't get to break laws and get your friend and colleague to launch investigations into the leader when that said intelligence leader has gone on record to say that Trump encouraged him to target anyone of his staff that may have had illegal contacts and based on the leader saying he "HOPED" (not ordered) a General didn't get indicted for lying to the FBI - an investigation that has done nothing but divided the country and hurt the leader's presidency looking very much like an "insurance policy" that was texted between the intelligence leader's investigators.
