If the 'authorised' surveillance was 'authorised' on the basis of an utterly fictional, Democrat-funded pee-pee dossier, the origins of which were deliberately withheld from the FISA court, then would that be 'spying'?

What if the 'authorised' surveillance even before that was 'authorised' on the basis of nefarious activities by Brennan and Halper, would that be 'spying'?

Lost of sunlight still to shine into the murky actions of the DOJ/FBI/CIA and it looks like Mr. Barr has the controls for the skylight.
