Yes, it is possible, but highly unlikely, that it could be scaled back, but the $5 Mill at max of $5,000 per, allows 1000 holders to take up max entitlement.
Given that some may have missed the mail, others not having taken up the full allotment, our 1124 holders (at last count) should get most, if not all, of their moneys worth at 0.42 under the spp.
