    An issue of big significance in th US irrespective of the POO is the govts rules on which plays can export...and what effect that has on local refinery supplies and infrastructure...

    Some areas have refineries at capacity and gathering plus storage well over capacity...

    theres a lot of pressure right now with mid term elections for changes to the energy protection laws..

    this could bring some well needed changes in 4-6 months
