Some very interesting Eagle ford snippets from the Pioneer Sept Q Preso
Utilising 3 wells per pad from Spud to POP (production) taking 90-120 days , 4 per pad 120-150 days per pad
Thats going to make SEA basically have very lumpy Quarterlies which might provide a trading opportunity when a quarterly is a shocker due to POP timing??
To those who dont know the stock as well they may be expecting 8 wells online from 2 rigs in Q1 2015 and they may actually have a decline in production if all 8 wells dont contribute in that Quarter but it will come in the next Q ... could be a nice little trade there.. as some people over react to a temporarily lower quarterly production figure..
Note: Completion optimization continues to deliver 20% to 30% EUR increase which more than offsets increase in drilling and completion capital
Also interesting the spacing in the below pic...staggering at 175' the upper and lower .. also of not in the production results they are performing better then the parent well.
Also of note:
US Department of Commerce confirmed that condensate processed through distillation units such as those located at several of PXD’s Eagle Ford Shale central gathering plants is a petroleum product that may be exported without a license
First Eagle Ford Shale condensate cargo of 400 MBbls exported by Enterprise in late July
–PXD’s Eagle Ford Shale condensate made up a significant portion of this cargo
–Monthly shipments anticipated through year end
International interest in processed Eagle Ford Shale condensate is growing, particularly from Asian petrochemical companies
Receiving improved pricing compared to domestic condensate sales
