Hi Warrain, unfortunately this appears to be a perfect storm - but as Swingtrader23 mentioned, we have the dirt still there, may just need to push out our expectations regarding timeframes. I'm confident its not a bottom drawer situation but acknowledge it might take a while. I think the contributing factors - location, transport, $$ support and association bodes well...just needs to be cost effective.
I also acknowledge I spoke preemptively expecting the drip to stop post new fin year - that hasn't occurred - I'm not surprised if we hit teens soon, frustratingly!
