Has anyone else thought about why Barrenjoey have started regularly producing such good quality research on PYC?
Our domestic brokers are already ticking the right boxes, but Barrenjoey doesn’t normally come down the list to this type of early stage stock unless they see a very big prize on the horizon
My suspicion is that a NASDAQ listing may be on the cards in 2026/27 … and that Barrenjoey may have a close relationship with a leading US life science group that wants to lead any such charge (subject to ongoing positive developments on eyes and kidneys)
I think Australian institutions may have now missed the boat … as most too lazy/spoilt to accumulate on market
I’m expecting a licence deal may be done on eyes over next 6/12 months
I would then expect a ‘crossover’ capital raising (at much higher levels) would no doubt be dominated by USA investors and managed by experienced NASDAQ players.
all bodes well for the next 18 months … given PYC has a nice cash bow wave and some chunky licence payments a distinct possibility
