Well, the latest announcement, roughly paraphrased, says:
"Barrick was going to sue us after spending $10m, so we settled the potential action by agreeing to pay THEM $2.5 big ones STRAIGHT AWAY, and $3 big ones in July, either as cash, or shares at a 10% premium."
It is just extraordinary that they are PAYING OUT Barrick, rather than enforcing whatever stupid agreement Barrick signed up for, at 85c per share, IIRC.
I bet that Barrick is going to get shares in a worthless company in July, rather than cash.
I'm going to have to bail, and take a significant slap to the upside of the head.
