I look for stox with good resources base, free-carry JV's with majors, undervalued assets and significant cash backing around market cap atm ...... its an extreme firesale buyers market atm and will prob stay so into H2 next year Winginit ..... SBS fits the bill.
Unfortunately yr other one (ORP) needs cash in a hurry to survive so is at risk of being asset-stripped or at least heavily diluted by pirates. Can see why the leaders just got the sack guiding it to such a distressed state when so much stuff is promised. Also very hard to find USD 70 mill capex these days if u r only a 2 mill microcap unless u lose most of yr asset / sell yr soul. Will keep an eye on proceedings and ESPESH how they (ORP) will raise money to stay alive in short term.
