Don't think we are going to get the finite details of what is in the agreement.
If FML state that they are very happy with the arrangement we need to take this on face value in terms of the production circumstances faced by CRE (ie lack of a working mill).
FML have quite a bit of experience with toll treating arrangements with Barminco (Greenfields), along with doing their own toll treating for La Mancha.
Problem to near date with the arrangement is that CRE have probably been taking a penalty due to their inability to deliver sufficient ore to Granny Smith for most campaigns that have been run.
Latest statement from FML indicates that this problem has been solved.
CB in his latest BRR broadcast also indicated that FML had the expertise to get the Barnicoat mill operating again, however I noticed he cunningly didn't say where it would be operating.
