a good proportion of items used in mining are relatively simple and generic...therefore , no great unit costs involved per item.I would hazard that a multi million $$$ piece of machinery would be required by the OEM to maintain a high standard of parts replacement , and therefore non-genuine /unproven high spec parts ...I repeat UNPROVEN....would cause a rift between supplier and customer.
