Decided to sell a portion of my WHC and bought some more CYM @6.5c. Yes management has been naive not to foresee the current economic climate but they have done this before and I will back them to produce copper metal plate as promised. The risk reward factor is too good to pass up in my view. Very likely that we will move sideways for a while without any sudden developments but I'm prepared to back this team in the long run.
As the great Rick Rule says, almost all of his multibaggers have been down 50% or more at some point in the journey. I guess it's a case of whether you think this team will produce copper again as promised and whether you think we will be worth more than the current share price suggests. Picking the bottom is very difficult as is the ability to be patient when you're down 50% but the reality is copper will be in great demand in the coming years. Of course there are no guarantees on the stock market but I'll be backing this team in.
