I'm not au fait with typical MOU contracts, so I can't say whether deadlines would be agreed. I'd think there wouldn't be though. Gives Glencore more preferential terms in the MOU, and they have the power.
It's hard to believe TDD takes so long though...At this point Barry et al will be twiddling thumbs waiting for finance.
