Someone said previously that finance may be tied to approvals. Financiers only wanting to hand over cash knowing we can actually build it. That makes a lot of sense and based on the Noosa presentation, there's 4-5 approvals outstanding. All submitted by Feb this year but govt taking a long time with approvals across the industry.
