maybe if sophs have the plant as first rights for some type of C - note that has the plant securitised in a fire sale they would participate in a raise , otherwise why would they as is not the project just too risky from a metalurgical perspective ?

Its always interesting(entertaining) following companies like CYM that have a troop of believers following big egos , would have been better investing in the Kardachians
