He's previously said that he'll only put out an announcement when there is something to announce. Something not happening is not something to announce. They are bound by ASX rules and can't drive a SP. The half yearly gave status - although it was same same on finance.
They have three months from when the placement was announced to put them to market. That would some time in November.
They will have something soon.
