Mate, the problem is you haven't understood what ive said at all, all while accusing me of not understanding basic concepts.
I've made no comment whatsoever on inflation, I've certainly not suggested it isn't a factor either way.
Your calculation was wrong and underestimated the project profitability according to published metrics.
I thought i'd point it out, my mistake.
