Does a company about to launch into the high ROI area of Local Search look like it is going to be delisted?

Does a company with hundreds of thousands of Furl users tagging articles every 10 seconds, providing it with free editorial services, look like it's about to be delisted?

Does a company with 10 million pages of branded content look like it is about to be delisted?

On the contrary. We are looking at a big player here, completing a change of business model. Remember the shareprice rise and revenue growth last time LOOK changed their business model?
