I am reading a number of the posts in this thread with some disbelief.

The vast majority of people (the market & Uni shareholders) know that the package is completely excessive, highly dilutive and that with profitability for Unilife still some way out it is also premature.

Writer - I'm sorry but your initial post at the top of this thread reads to me like a propaganda piece.

Ceoa - Your statement that the significant drop in Unilife's share price and the inability to attract new investors to Uni is somehow due to shareholders voicing legitimate concerns on HC is completely ludicrous.

It is clear to the vast majority of us that articles in the business media such as the one last week, fueled by issues relating to the corporate governance of Uni that we all can see is the real issue stopping this fantastic technology getting institutional support. For that the CEO and Board must take responsibility. To try and insinuate that it is the fault of the shareholders of the company is poor form.

It is clear to me from reading the threads and talking to other shareholders that the vast majority of us rightly feel aggrieved at this move by the Board. Perhaps we need to agree to disagree for the time being and deal with the issue at the AGM.
