    Hmmm... it seems Theodore Roosevelt stole Barton's words in 1919...
    or more likely, that "Barton" letter is copied from Roosevelt's, with American references changed to Australian...biggrin.png
    I say this as Barton would not have referred to different languages -all immigrants were supposed to speak English - even the Irish
