You are definitely working it out wrong.

88E is on the ASX and also on the LSE

So on the ASX 88E has about 4 Billion shares with more oppies awaiting to be exercised and on the LSE somthing like 3 Billion with more oppies to be converted.
So in total 88E has about 7 Billion shares on both ASX and LSE


BAS has about 1.5 Billion shares with some oppies


Would be happy to be corrected if my numbers don't seem right.
