Base resource which is another rare earth miner just got acquisition offer at 187% premium to last closing.

The reason for my post to understand quickly (as i am sure there could potentially a shareholder who owns both Base & IMA) what is the difference between commodity these two miner doing and how come base which is currently closing down operation in one mine and doing development for another (still few years before production starts) get the187% premium for the offer?

obviously, everything subject to terms & condition of acquisition and things' may not go ahead so don't buy BASE unless you do your own research.

I bought base on the news to trade.
