study the past history and you will see a patched up truce between the board and themselves following the most amateurish of attempts at a 203D & 249D spill. All is quiet presently as we have months of tedious slog before we get Atlas into a steady state revenue flow.
Our best hope of SP recovery is to just put the runs on the board. Maybe then (when the hard yakka hsd been done), they will make a TO bid, but they are both tight and lack the skills to run it. Not a good situation to be in as a retail holder, but Patrick Mutz is our man. He stared them down previously.

I agree due to majority holders on IMA book from China and previous attempt to take the control of board the only way to get takeover offer is if Chinese decides to take it private or another Asian firm make an offer..

The intention of my post is to understand how come another mining company who has no production coming up until 2027/28 and that also if approval is given from Madagascar government get the 187% premium on price but we on the other hand sitting on most safe mining jurisdiction with ministerial approval imminent for Atlas and then another one mine is advancing well to be started before Atlas completes subject to approval still legging in valuation !

Hopefully we get ministerial response within 2 - 3 week (if they work on schedule !) !
