base of operations?

morning all,
was wondering if anyone knows where the mainland logistics base will be for the operation. will the workers be flown in from broome/derby/perth? there's bugger all roads up there. bugger all anything really.

would it be worth our company buying a chopper rather than hiring/leasing one for what will be a lot of trips.

at least there will be no stigma with this fly in fly out op.

how sensitive is the nearby military training area? i know the yanks base their strategic nuke subs up there somewhere, and they are very coy about that.

so many questions.
