I do not really know... I would imagine that it would be a straight swap.. Maybe cliffs will pay PLV??? I do know that they will be keen to get that $40 million off the books.

Production from the Isthmus could start almost immediately on the granting of all required approvals. So second half 2012, production would be ramped up over time.

The use of Cockatoo will not change anything in regards to enviro approvals for Irvine.
