QTK own the Australian Network and will also own the Beijing network and EVERY other network it builds.

Base stations if you like are best compared to mobile phone cells save for the fact you need LESS QTK base stations for a network and use no where near the power

The system also can NEVER be copied or even over taken by anyone....as it has a rolling code system and ALL codes todrive the system come from Australia and base stations only have a code life of 30 days then will shut down if NO new codes are uploaded.

The code source is also a proprietary code and cannot be intercepted or deciphered.

The base station network does NOT require any telephony systems to drive the system and the base station network is able to work in full even with 99% system failure (a almost impossible event)

The DSS spectrum can be city specific or country wide as is what has happened in China with a country wide spectrum allocation.........for example this allows for movements of assets between networks.....travel from Beijing to Shanghai

Or Sydney to Melbourne as is working now in Australia.
