    The silver mine has more likelihood of going ahead IMO it is the copper project that is most concerning.

    I am not however writing it off yet as the deal can be restructured as you say.

    I guess ROS just has to hope that another buyer doesnt pop up and say quit mucking around with those guys (ROS), we have the cash and are happy to proceed asap.
