Based on Gordon Ramsey prawns with pepper sauce:
Bend in the food processor:
2 or 3 tomatoes.
1 capsicum.
1 or 2 shallots.
3 cloves garlic.
In a pan fry the following for at least five minutes:
The above.
1 desert spoon chopped almonds.
1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
A pinch of chilli flakes or ¼ teaspoon jerk paste.
Lemon juice and zest.
A splash sherry vinegar.
A splash light soy.
A splash liquid smoke.
Add a cup of stock and simmer for another few minutes.
Thicken slightly with a little corn flour.
Serve with four servings of barbecue prawns or fish.
