Exactly.
Anyone believing the Basel III hype that it will lead to higher GP has:
1. Either been had hook-line-and-sinker by the propaganda machine of vested interests, or
2. Just didn't bother to read Basel III for themselves, and prefer to dream rainbows and unicorns.
