Basel lll NSFR will be in affect 28th June, the rehypothecation of this paper market is coming to an end. No unallocated gold will be allowed to fund any balance sheet assets. Gold will be tier 1 as is USD, but with 30+ trillion USD owned internationally I know which one is going down and which one is going up.
