The merger of LPD with DLI will provide BASF with not only a secure supply of low impurity LOH, but also unique IP that may be of utility to BASF as it develops its battery materials offering.
The successful closure of the LPD/DLI merger and the completion of a definitive agreement with BASF will open a significant opportunity for LPD, not only for sales, but also for a future product development as happened with Amagasaki Battery Materials Lab in Japan.
