I think immigration is actually wrong about his expiry as well. Apparently he's been here since 16 doing at first an English course, then yr 11 & 12 equivalent and then the Uni course. He only had one more year left at Uni and his visa should have expired at the end of the course.

Just shameful.

I must say also, this is why I'm not automatically up in arms about trying the one punch cowards as murderers. Yes the victim died, but these attackers are vastly more dangerous and vile than the Macneil guy, if you know what I'm saying.
