your right as long as CR hangs over this stock and to what existent they will dilute the shares MYG will move side ways.
I held AYN and didnt move for a very long time, they got their final CR out of the way before production and off it went.
MYG watchers are waiting for CR, but the disagree 20% is massive !! I hope your wrong and they raise half debt and the other half CR.
