'bashers' & 'pumpers' ...is there a difference??

A poster over on the LOK/LOOK board posted this, in relation to 'bashers' who consistantly 'turn up', one of which, has NOY held a LOK share, since MSN ceased getting Looksmart's results, for search. I thought it was excellent.


The blantant 'pumper' is no better than a 'basher', except he makes no altruistic claims. He's obviously trying to make a buck.>

I suppose 'pumpers' who do not provide some degree of support, or, some form of argument, be it a 'Link' showing some strength in the way of 'facts, or, whatever, are as bad as 'bashers'. But at the end of the day, 'pumpers' only want the SP to go in one direction, that's UP !!!
