bluessky i totally agree man
i bought into voro on a 100% retrace from the announcment and after one week of floating at the retrace i bailed out for brokerage.
if results were to be good i wauld have imagined a sp of around 1-1.2 for voro.
its a hard game but one must sell when sell signals are put up.
on the other hand IF AND IF they raise at a premium it will be game on for a short term trade.
its very hard to find a company that is not greedy and corupt with billions of shares on issue.
