Capital raising now only means that management are being smart by covering themselves, and us shareholders, in the event that results aren't impressive. Results aren't known yet, so it's the best time to raise funds. Unless you have a crystal ball that says the shares will be up after results are out...
The cap raising has shed some light on the recent large sales that were going through. Why not sell what you already have if you are about to get more at a discount. I would say cap raising at 1.8c, guess we'll find out soon enough.
