Peppie?s posts are right on the ball in my opinion. QBE has now more than reached bargain basement levels. All with future dividends of around 10.5%, excluding any future growth.
Dont take my word or his. Ask yourself why Aberdeen Asset Management bought 2,519,388 QBE shares last week,to increase their holding from 13.07% to 14.14%. They commenced buying after the Dividend date on 26 Aug 11 at $13.99.
Or why jP Morgan and Merril Lynch currently have a target price of $17.22 and $19.50 respectively on QBE.
