My take is that from at least 28 October (so 8 trading days) YOW has been trading in the price band of 48-50c (with brief departures either side). Yesterday it closed just above that band, today it closed just below. It's really not an overly large price spread for a small cap stock - in a small cap movements of 5% can just be market noise.
It is of course possible that its a sign that YOW is going to start moving down from that trading band, but I wouldn't panic just yet.
