    I'm a long term holder and have been following this saga for too long... I remember BLR making similar mistakes when it came to mining permits. There was confusion around state or federal restrictions, around the time they were under attack from TAC and still drilling for JORC compliance.

    I Also remember BLR getting caught taking water from a river without permits.
