Great announcement from SXY regarding their Skipton-1 hole.
A new Basin Centred Gas play is now in the process of being proven up. All for free for BPT and its partners, through its %20.21 SACB JV. The SACB JV holds much of the tenements in and around the new play that SXY are drilling and will start fracturing in December.
The really exciting part of the announcement for me, was the mention of:
Yes, that's 600 wells. Many articles in the media over the past 2 years say that commercial shale is still a long time off in Australia. I beg to differ.
