From a technical view there appears to be an Ascending Triangle forming since mid August with textbook volume reduction and increased volume on the spikes - as with all consolidation patterns this could break out in either direction but if it breaks above 0.11 on volume above 6 million IMO we could see 0.20 before March 2014.
