the other big positive for EXT is that the resource is at shallow depth and it will be easily/readily? mined by open cut.
the issue for lots of other big resources in the world is often not the grades but the ability to get a mine up and going at the right price, (costs, access to infrastructure, services, water, mine depth etc)
