You have to start the bidding low so as to attract more buyers, so 400lbs is a good starting point. Once the bidding begins then we can say we have 600mlbs.So the aim of the game is to attract as many buyers to the table as possible, then greed will do the rest. Remember there are a lot of explorers just starting to look for U,I wonder what is the average cost of exploration/lb of U found is?
In life you always pay premium for the best, and EXT is the cream of the crop. U will be the power source for the next generation, I cannot see the world full of wind farms or solar panels. Electricity demands will increase, population will increase.
Japan, China & India will fight for power security(they will not want to rely on others for there electricity)
