No doubt there will be a capital raising to fund the Mt Webber claw back. Past history with HDN and its tight shareholding points to a rights issue. The trend with recent rights issues in the market by other companies also suggests a good discount to market with perhaps an oppie to sweeten it. If this is the case it would be a no brainer to take up the rights IMHO. This stock has previously been to $0.50c+. This was before it had the iron ore and mineral sands with real potential to turn $60.0m EBITDA per year for 30 years. The next few months should have a good stream of positive news and if the market holds up, the sky is the limit IMHO.
