    My understanding is that the offtake partner will also support production by way of debt financing and/or an equity stake in GPX.

    IMX does not have a stake in GPX, although from memory they share some resource (admin etc) and there are arrangements in place to share benefits of any new discoveries from either party.

    IMX is still an interesting opportuinity, but in my opinion GPX is where the real money will be made.
