Very lousy mgmnt, do not have a clue waht they are doing.
Mfc has a substnl hldg in bms, which did a rights issue in sep and filled for restructuring in januari......realy
Meanwhile prw is expanding its substln hld in mfc while not having cash...and then doing an option placement of 1 mln aud to survive another 1/2 yrs. This companies will go belly up sooner then later
