Even though Origin, nor AWE, has made any announcement, today's AFR states that gas sales were made during the month of May. However, no firm details were provided.

Not sure if the companies are holding off until they schedule an official opening of the facilities with the premier of Victoria or one of the senior ministers, or there are further issues to iron out before making a formal announcement.

Anyone heard anything further?

I try not to think about what AWE's share price would be today if this project was delivered on time and producing over the last two years!

Still the company has come a long way and has been managed extremely well. If they continue to add cornerstone assets to their portfolio, they could make the transition from the mid-tier and become a tier 1 energy company.
