Some will be upgraders who will borrow more to move into a better house or better suburb. May be a worry if already committed to buy the new house and cannot fetch required price for old one. May not be a worry if buying into the same declining market. What it might mean for new market entrants however, in 12 months or so they may be able to buy what was a 1.5 mil property for a few hundred grand less
