That's funny! I wasn't even aware that there was a bat formation already. There goes my chance of copyright.
This is different in that Carney's Bat has no head. ISN is more of a H&S but with a smaller head than shoulders. I'm not sure if this counts.

Looking at the technicals, they all appear bullish. It's a buy not a sell...LOL!
